We are not ordinary accountant or bookkeeper that you know for years. Our services are unique as we focus on internal business operation and not on after the fact bookkeeping or yearend tax filing service. We take proactive approach to help you streamline process, create efficiency, implement workflow process, and much more. Since we are not ordinary accountant or bookkeeper, and therefore our services are also not for every business. We work with specific industries such as Architects, Designers, Engineers, and IT Consultants. For past two decades, myself Priti Lad and my team helps professional service firm manage their finance function and project efficiently and accurately and help partners earn higher profit margin.
There are 3 primary objectives of our Services:
- Help you streamline your operational process, so your business operation runs like a machine and reduce management time.
- Be a watchdog for your business and provide you with unbiased opinion and advised that is best for you and your business.
- Give you accurate insight of your business for sound decision making, future growth and sustainability.
If you already have an established Professional Service firm and you want to have better control of your operation for future growth and sustainability, then our services may be for you.
We work with clients that fits following criteria:
- Professional service firms – Architect, Designers, Engineers, IT Consultants
- Has annual revenue between $1M - $10M
- Has 1 – 2 Partners/Owners
- Has more than 5 employees
- Is mainly service business/commercial customers
- Is motivated and looking for change.
We don’t work with:
- Firms that have a track record of not acting on suggested solution.
- Small firms – you need to be established and have at least $1M in annual revenue.
- Large firms – if you have over $10M in revenue.
Our Process:
Step1: Fill out contact us form.
Step2: Set-up 15 minutes discovery call to see if we are right fit for your need.
Step3: If we are right fit, we will set up 60 minutes GAP (Goal Achievement Process) meeting (zoom or in-person depends on your location)
Step4: Based on the scope the price proposal will be presented for your review and approval, if in agreement.
Step5: If proposal is accepted, the on-boarding session will be schedule for information gathering and work will commence after on-boarding session.
