What’s the difference between HR management and payroll management?
Payroll management handles salary calculations, deductions, and compliance with tax laws. HR management is broader—it covers employee relations, policies, benefits, hiring, and compliance with labor regulations. Together, they ensure both people and payroll are managed smoothly and legally.

We customize payroll schedules based on your organization’s needs. Most of our clients choose bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll cycles, but we also support other schedules while ensuring compliance with Ontario and regulations.

We strictly follow the Employment Standards Act (ESA) in Ontario and WorkSafeBC guidelines. This includes accurate calculations for statutory holiday pay, vacation pay, deductions, benefits, and year-end reporting (T4s and T4As).
